• Coaching and programme access is arranged post-purchase through onboarding

It is your responsibility to ensure the correct email address is provided to receive access materials.

6. Cancellations, Refunds & Rescheduling

Refunds and rescheduling terms will be clearly stated at the point of sale or in your client agreement.

• Digital products are non-refundable once access is granted
• Services may be rescheduled subject to notice periods and availability

• AI is used as a productivity tool under human supervision — all outputs are reviewed by our team before delivery.
• Your data is never used to train any AI model. All AI processing occurs via zero-data-retention API services.
• We apply data minimisation principles, sending only necessary information to AI services and anonymising data where possible.
• You may request that AI not be used in the production of your deliverables by contacting us — manual alternatives will be arranged.
